Not much of an entry today. John and I started feeling sick last night at about 530. Turned out to be food poisoning. We’ve been busy throughout the night as you might imagine. We’re thankful our girls didn’t get sick.
I’m surprised. I usually get food poisoning about an hour after eating something bad. This was different. This was 24 hours or more. I had had a great day at work yesterday. I did a lot of research so I could write away today. Not to be.
Fortunately we had a great Haleiwa Metric Century ride. On Monday neither of us were any more sore than usual. And I had a good day focusing on my jobs. So this took me by surprise. You wanna eat out and have fun and where does it get ya?
